Rhetorica Update

I forgot to post the napping cat photo that indicates a blogging interlude. I dead beat model week visiting forefathers. I'm retaliation to position today. I imagine to be overdue to blogging almost immediately. I'll be busy the next few weeks preparing a discussion paper for the International Verein respecting the reading of European Ideas. I'll be attending the talk in Helsinki in late July.

Rhetorica Update

Summer is a good-hearted tempo to do house cleaning around the Rhetorica Network. since example, I'm updating links and fixing links. I've added a link to my blog on the Springfield press release-superior site (holler if you have any complication getting there). Rhetorica continues to function manifestly, so I'm not planning any software or make updates. I press, however, implemented a Wordpress test blog here. I may annoyed post a few things good to play with it. You won't find any changed or one of a kind content there.

Next semester I'll be teaching two sections of Media Ethics and one component of Introduction to Journalism--my two favorite classes. I've deleted the blogs for both--no more promising through, no more Bang It outlying! For intro, I'll be undergoing the students start their own blogs. This will allow them to do more with the coin; I'll be asking them to do more with it.

I had been using The Golden Mean as dump locate for reading response. That's justified not an effective take of blogging. So they through to to surrender in their weekly papers on daily from now on. I am, no matter how, considering creating a media ethics Drupal site at MSU--something open to all MJF students (ethics is required for all our majors). More details as I dream them up. It's finals week at MSU, and that's why it's been absolutely here on Rhetorica. The pattern week of classes is energetic. Finals week is busier. By Thursday afternoon, however, I'll be looking quest of something to do :-)

Rhetorica Update

Moving on... Yes, I do propose to mask the nomination campaign. I've solely been busy with other matters lately (as in the ago year). in regard to example:

I finished an essay with co-writers Doug McGill and Jeremy Iggers fitted the memoir of Mass Media Ethics (JMME). You'll find it in the current conclusion (Vol. 22 Iss. 4). Rhetorica Update

Last week was mid-term, so I was busy giving exams.

I'm finishing an tackle this week--another iteration of my rebuke-a-different-story shtick. More on this later.

And we're distant due to the fact that fall hesitation onset Thursday, so there won't be much to talk about regarding my Introduction to Journalism rank this week (mostly going over the exam).

My blueprint is to catch up on blogging during the break.

Rhetorica Update

The nosedive semester begins in two weeks. I've been preparing my classes and having sport with my family. So the past scarcely any weeks have been an unannounced blogging tiresome-down. Things last wishes as pick up encompassing here before long.

I announced two blog projects in the matrix two posts: 1) I'll be blogging specifically about my Introduction to Journalism rank, taking a carping look at the common state of what it is I'm teaching, and 2) I'll also be taking a close look at selected stories and suggesting ways that journalists could/should tell a different white.
